The course Client Generator™ is a 3 week educational program. Knowledge is an intangible asset and cannot be returned once obtained.
Accordingly, all return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We don't reject all returns, if the request is reasonable and meets eligibility we will happily refund you the full amount. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have shown a significant effort to complete the coursework and training provided, this is up to Jared Kober to decide after a full screening of your account (Jared Kober will verify on a case by case basis). Group Coaching is not eligible for returns under any circumstance. One on one professional consulting is not eligible for returns under any circumstance. Refund requests made for High-Level Consulting will be subject to the individual contractual agreements agreed upon by all parties involved.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
